Why we exist
Most software problems are organisational problems.
Growing businesses tend to collect technology the way they collect furniture: a CRM from one era, a website from another, a data warehouse someone started, automations nobody fully understands. Each piece was reasonable on its own. Together they create friction, duplicated effort and a lot of manual work to keep the numbers straight.
The usual answer is more vendors. A strategy firm to write the plan, a design agency for the interface, a development shop to build it, a separate team for data, and somebody else again for the cloud. Every boundary between them is a place where context is lost and accountability is diluted.
ekamIQ was set up to be the alternative. A small, senior team that can take a business problem all the way through to running software and stay responsible for it afterwards. We work with growing companies that need their technology to be an advantage rather than an obstacle, and we prefer long relationships to large projects.

We do not sell seats or hours in isolation. We agree what a good outcome looks like, shape the team around it, and report against it. When a project ends we make sure your own team, or whoever comes next, can understand and maintain what we built.
