What this website collects, why, and what we do with it. Written to be read, not skimmed.
When you send us a message through the contact form we store the details you enter: your name, email address, and, if you provide them, your company, phone number, your message and the services you selected for your brief. We also record the time the message was sent.
The services you add to your brief are stored in your own browser until you send them or clear them. They are not sent to us until you submit the form.
We use this information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if you choose to work with us, to manage that relationship. We do not sell it, share it with third parties for marketing, or add you to a mailing list without asking.
This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking scripts. Any preference stored in your browser, such as your brief, stays on your device.
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and delete them when they are no longer required.
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing services@ekamiq.com.
